This refund policy applies to both service types.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under specific circumstances where our service has failed to meet the agreed-upon standards. Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription activation for subscriptions valued at €15 or more, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Please Note: Subscription plans priced under €15 are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These are considered budget/trial plans and are final sale only.
Eligible Refund Cases (€15+ plans only):
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Server Issues: Persistent downtime or technical problems on our server that prevent service access for more than 48 hours.
- Service Not Delivered: Subscription credentials (IPTV or CCcam) were not provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Incorrect Subscription: You were charged for a different subscription plan than what you ordered.
- Technical Incompatibility (IPTV): Our IPTV service is technically incompatible with all recommended applications and devices (after proper troubleshooting support has been provided).
- Technical Incompatibility (CCcam): Verified incompatibility with standard CCcam-supported receivers (after proper troubleshooting support has been provided).
Non-Refundable Situations
Important: Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Low-Value Subscriptions: Subscription plans priced under €15 are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These budget plans are final sale only.
- User Error: Failure to follow setup instructions or refusal to use our recommended applications.
- Incompatible Applications: Using third-party applications not recommended by CCcamIPTV.Tv that are incompatible with our CDN-based infrastructure.
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) Issues: Blocking, throttling, or connectivity problems caused by your ISP.
- Device Limitations: Hardware or software limitations of your personal devices.
- Content Preferences: Dissatisfaction with channel selection or content availability (full channel lists are available before purchase).
- Changed Mind: Simply changing your mind after the subscription has been activated.
- Lack of Technical Knowledge: Difficulty using the service due to lack of technical expertise when support has been offered.
- Refusal of Support: Declining to cooperate with our technical support team to resolve issues.
- Partial Usage: After using the service for more than 7 days.
Our CDN Technology
Important Technical Information - IPTV Service:
CCcamIPTV.Tv uses advanced CDN (Content Delivery Network) infrastructure to provide superior streaming quality and avoid ISP blocking. This technology requires specific compatible applications:
- Android TV/Firestick: IBO Player PRO
- Mobile Devices: MyTvOnline+
- Smart TVs: IBO Player PRO
- PC/Windows: IPTV Smarters PRO
Applications not listed above may not be compatible with our CDN servers. Using incompatible applications is not grounds for a refund.
CCcam Service Requirements:
Our CCcam service requires compatible satellite receivers with CCcam protocol support. Common compatible receivers include:
- Dreambox (DM500, DM800, DM7020, etc.)
- VU+ receivers (Solo, Duo, Ultimo, etc.)
- Octagon receivers
- Any Linux-based receiver supporting CCcam 2.x protocol
Incompatible receivers or incorrect configuration is not grounds for a refund. Free technical support is provided to help with setup.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the eligible cases listed above, please follow these steps:

- Cooperate with Troubleshooting: Our team will attempt to resolve the issue first. Refusal to cooperate will void your refund eligibility.

Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Your subscription will be immediately deactivated upon refund approval.
